Job Title: Office Administrator & Receptionist

Location: Commutable from various locations in Hampshire, including Salisbury, Romsey, Andover, Basingstoke, and Winchester

Salary: £24,000 - £28,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with participation in extended hours telephone service on rotation

Position Overview

Our client is seeking a motivated and organized Office Administrator & Receptionist to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the academic team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the academic team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records
  • Manage the front desk, including greeting visitors, handling mail and packages, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  • Assist with event planning and coordination, including booking meeting rooms and arranging catering
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset
