Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with participation in extended hours telephone service on rotation
Position Overview
Our client is seeking a motivated and organised Office Administrator & Receptionist to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the academic office, including reception duties, telephone answering, and data entry.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the academic office, including reception duties and telephone answering
- Manage and maintain accurate records and databases
- Assist with the coordination of events and meetings
- Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required
Requirements
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in an academic setting
