Job Title: Part Time Bookkeeper

We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage our financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records. Your role will be vital in ensuring our finances are on track, supporting the team to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft and issue new client invoices as requested.
  • Generate and send client invoices on a four-weekly basis via Xero.
  • Address and resolve client invoice queries.
  • Conduct credit control calls to keep customer accounts up-to-date.
  • Process and log credit/debit card payments.
  • Enter weekly cash flow data and forecast regular payments and purchase invoices.
  • Perform reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records up to trial balance in Xero.
  • Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns.
Requirements:
  • Advanced knowledge of Xero accounting software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent telephone manner and clear written/spoken English.
  • Experience in cash flow forecasting.
  • Knowledge of Asana (project management software) is a bonus.
