Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and supporting the smooth operation of our organization. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and update company records and databases
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Assist with organizing company events and meetings
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in Business Administration or related field is a plus
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
**Skills**:
- Educate: Ability to provide guidance and support to staff members when needed.
**Salary**: £19,697.94-£24,921.90 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
