Job Title: Automotive Sales Trainer

At Escode, Part of NCC Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Sales Trainer to join our team. Role Purpose:

The Sales Trainer is responsible for developing, implementing, and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team. This role involves creating training materials, conducting workshops, and providing ongoing coaching to ensure that sales representatives have the tools and knowledge needed to meet and exceed their sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop comprehensive sales training programs, including new hire onboarding, product knowledge, sales techniques, and soft skills.
  • Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions in both classroom and virtual environments.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Develop and maintain a repository of sales resources, including scripts, presentations, and best practices.
  • Stay current with industry trends, sales techniques, and best practices in sales training.
Requirements:
  • Deep understanding of sales processes and various sales methodologies.
  • Skill in interpreting sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to lead workshops, seminars, and virtual training sessions effectively.
  • Coaching and mentorship skills to help sales representatives grow and improve.
