Role Purpose: The Automotive Sales Trainer is responsible for developing, implementing, and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and performance of the sales team.   • Training Program Development: Design and develop comprehensive sales training programs, including new hire onboarding, product knowledge, sales techniques, and soft skills.
