As a Community Healthcare Supporter, you will be working as a Rapid Response Care Assistant, providing personalized care and support to individuals in their homes. With full training and clinical support, you will have the opportunity to develop and improve your skills in areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, stoma care, and more.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Providing high-quality care and support to individuals with spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries, and other complex needs.
- Working on an on-call rota, traveling to various locations within a 100-mile radius to provide care and support.
- Developing and improving skills through full training and clinical support.
We Offer:
A competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience), paid annual leave, maternity/paternity leave, refer a friend scheme, and an enhanced DBS check.
