Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Development Consents Manager to join our Offshore Wind Farm team at NES Fircroft Ltd. This role will involve managing a range of environmental topics through the site selection PEIR, EIA, and DCO application processes.

The successful candidate will have experience in DCO applications, linear development projects, and/or renewable energy projects. They will be able to manage external consultants, review deliverables, and ensure strong stakeholder engagement.

This is a critical delivery role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage onshore environmental topics through the site selection process.
  • Ensure adequate recording of site selection and project design decisions.
  • Coordinate with external consultants, including ensuring appropriate scopes of work, budgets, and schedules.
  • Responsible for stakeholder engagement in relevant EIA topics.

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum depending on experience.
