An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an AMHP Service Team Leader. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in the daily management and provision of the AMHP service county-wide.
Main Responsibilities- Accountable for the allocation, deployment, prioritisation and delivery of AMHP services
- Work with the Service Manager to implement and review systems, policies, standards and procedures
- Provide overall leadership for AMHP Practitioners to ensure their services are integrated with and responsive to, other local service needs
- Ensure that practice within the teams meets relevant standards, is appropriate, timely, safe and follows agreed professional practice
- Responsible for the daily management of the AMHP Duty Hub
