We are currently seeking a Construction Site Agent - Environmental Remediation Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary

This role involves providing support to project managers and ensuring that all activities are carried out safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reads and understands project scope, project control estimates, and client contracts.
  • Communicates and tracks any changes to project scope, requests for additional work, client contracts, or subcontracts to the Project Manager.
  • Reviews and understands project-related subcontracts.
  • Implements site-specific work plans and continually audits their effectiveness against project specifications to ensure quality and accuracy of work completed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Environmental/Civil Construction experience or diploma (an asset but not required).
  • Excellent planning and organization skills.
  • Intermediate computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Office).
  • A disciplined and motivated self-starter capable of high performance with minimal supervision.

Estimated Salary Range:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
