Your Key Responsibilities:As our Assistant Business Manager, you will be responsible for leading by example, creating strong connections with customers through our brand's heritage and high-performance products. Your coaching skills will support management in developing the team, while your drive will ensure sales targets are met.
You will receive the tools and training needed to deliver exceptional customer service, inspire teams, and take accountability when required. We value teamwork, innovation, and integrity.
Essential Requirements:- Leadership experience in retail

- Strong artistry skills, ideally with a qualification
- Effective communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to drive KPIs and sales targets
