About the Role

We are looking for a New Business Growth Manager to join our team. As a New Business Growth Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and driving growth through media sales, online events, and conference sales.


Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Identifying new business opportunities through research and networking
  • Developing and implementing strategies to grow existing business
  • Building relationships with clients and stakeholders to increase sales
  • Managing and analyzing sales data to inform business decisions

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in sales, preferably in the media industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

  • Negotiable basic salary depending on experience (£28,000 – £35,000)
  • Uncapped earnings – Year 1 OTE £12,000 – £36,000 on top of your basic salary
