Area Manager

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our Adult Social Care team as an Area Manager, responsible for holiday support services in Kent.
This role involves leading the management team to deliver high-quality services that meet customer, organisational, and financial needs. You will manage budgets, ensure commerciality, and create sustainable services that align with business aims and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to improve services, ensuring they meet legislative and regulatory requirements.
- Manage finances effectively, setting and managing budgets, and meeting targets.
- Audit and monitor performance against key indicators and contracts, implementing solutions to improve efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including local authorities and providers.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in young people's Ofsted services.
- Desirable: CQC, Ofsted, Housing Related Support, and Older People's Extra Care Services experience.
- Proven experience in local authority commissioning, budget preparation, and cost control.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
