Job Overview:

Austin Fraser is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge in a dynamic and growing company.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. To manage and improve Raw Materials, commodities, packaging, trading goods, transportation, and indirect spend.
  2. To manage and motivate 1 direct report, providing them with the necessary training and support to excel in their role.
  3. To collaborate with the team to develop and execute procurement tasks that meet the needs of the company.
  4. To identify and develop new domestic and international markets to source high-quality products and services.
  5. To work closely with suppliers and planners to ensure efficient and effective supply chain operations.
  6. To set and achieve Year-on-Year procurement goals and Key Performance Indicators.
  7. To stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements:
  • CIPS Qualified
  • Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management
  • Experience working in a high-volume manufacturing environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
