Care and Support Specialist Role Overview

The Care and Support Specialist will work with adults aged 18+ who require hospital-based social care services. The ideal candidate will possess a recognised Social Work qualification and be registered with the Care Council for Wales. This role offers a competitive salary of £39,513 - £43,693 per year (Grade 9) or £35,235 - £38,626 per year (Grade 8 for newly qualified).
