About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Design Manager to join our Energy, Water & Resources team in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a diverse range of water engineering projects, working closely with our clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multi-disciplinary projects to ensure timely and budget-friendly delivery of results.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance systems and management tools to ensure project success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address project challenges and opportunities.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams to ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and proposals to secure new projects and clients.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading and managing water engineering projects, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Excellent technical knowledge of water engineering principles and practices, with a focus on flood and coastal risk management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address project challenges.
