Senior Electrical Design Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join our Building Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering detailed design projects and overseeing the installation of building systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design team to deliver high-quality design projects.
  • Specify and oversee the installation of building systems, ensuring compliance with legislative and health and safety requirements.
  • Liaise closely with other professionals, including structural engineers, architects, surveyors, and contractors.
  • Attend project group and technical meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement energy-efficient solutions to minimize the environmental impact and reduce the carbon footprint.
  • Work on a variety of projects, both in the UK and overseas, to expand your expertise and skills.
Requirements:
  • Building Services degree or higher educational qualification and experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in leading a team and managing projects.
  • 5+ years of experience in Electrical design, with a strong understanding of building systems and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
