PE Global is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join their team on a 6-month contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing customer enquiries, quotations, and orders in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize the ERP system to process customer enquiries, quotations, and orders.
  • Input information into workload trackers to ensure seamless operations.
  • Evaluate customer complaints and escalate to the Quotations Lead when necessary.
  • Represent customer interests within the business to facilitate timely resolution.
  • Contribute to the improvement of departmental KPIs.
  • Adhere to all departmental and company procedures at all times.
  • Ensure quotations and orders comply with NOV requirements and highlight any red flags to supervision.
  • Perform other duties as required by the line manager.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Secondary school level Maths and English.
  • Able to quickly learn new skills and adapt to challenges.
  • Confident and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A strong customer focus, both internal and external.

Desirable:

  • Experience in a similar role, preferably with 2 years of experience.
  • Background in sales or a related field.
  • Knowledge of good sales practices and procedures.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems, particularly Omega/Oracle.
