PE Global is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join their team on a 6-month contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing customer enquiries, quotations, and orders in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize the ERP system to process customer enquiries, quotations, and orders.
- Input information into workload trackers to ensure seamless operations.
- Evaluate customer complaints and escalate to the Quotations Lead when necessary.
- Represent customer interests within the business to facilitate timely resolution.
- Contribute to the improvement of departmental KPIs.
- Adhere to all departmental and company procedures at all times.
- Ensure quotations and orders comply with NOV requirements and highlight any red flags to supervision.
- Perform other duties as required by the line manager.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Secondary school level Maths and English.
- Able to quickly learn new skills and adapt to challenges.
- Confident and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A strong customer focus, both internal and external.
Desirable:
- Experience in a similar role, preferably with 2 years of experience.
- Background in sales or a related field.
- Knowledge of good sales practices and procedures.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems, particularly Omega/Oracle.
