Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team at our Irlam office. As an Operations Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to our busy team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Provide efficient and effective administrative support to the team, including receiving and handling incoming queries, scanning and electronic filing of documents, and organizing post.
  • Visitor Management: Sign in visitors and supply them with a visitor badge.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of staff absences, holidays, and timesheet bookings.
  • Travel Arrangements: Book travel and accommodation for team members as required.
  • Stationery and Supplies: Maintain a well-stocked stationery cupboard and order supplies as needed.
  • Credit Card Reconciliation: Reconcile credit card statements and maintain accurate records.
  • New Starter Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new starters, including pre-employment checks and creating door access passes.
  • Contract Management: Create and issue contracts for all workers.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Excellent Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.Previous Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced administration role, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures and protocols.
