About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Deputy Manager to join our care home team. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and assist all aspects of nursing care and activities within the home
  • Work closely with the care team to create and update individual care plans for residents, maintaining accurate and up-to-date medication records
  • Ensure efficient management of rotas to maintain adequate staffing levels within the home
  • Build strong relationships with residents, their families, and the care team to foster a sense of community and promote resident well-being
  • Liaise with local partners to raise the care home's profile and promote our services
