Commercial Growth Director

BeBee Professionals is seeking a driven and strategic sales leader to take the next step in their career. As our Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading our dynamic sales team in Wolverhampton, United Kingdom.
Main Duties:
- Lead the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and market analysis.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Benefits and Salary:
