Sales Growth Strategist

We are looking for a Sales Growth Strategist to drive profitable revenue growth through the development and implementation of a customer-centric strategy that places customer experience, innovation, and engineering at its heart.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy that focuses on customer needs and market trends.
- Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve stretch targets and objectives.
- Collaborate with Caterpillar on prime sales strategy and develop growth plans and targets within a ROIC framework.
- Analyse and drive sales penetration across key customers and markets.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of commercial and contractual levers to drive growth and eliminate risk.
Estimated Salary: £190,000 - £205,000 per annum.
