We're seeking a highly skilled Store Performance Director to join our team at Tesco Partners. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall daily operations of our store, ensuring efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

The Store Performance Director will lead and line manage a team of Shift Leaders and colleagues in one store, ensuring regular quality time with them on shift. They will personally know all their colleagues and understand how they feel about working within the store through talking and listening.

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on customer service, leading a culture where the basics are always right first time. This includes ensuring colleagues are trained, receive a warm welcome, and comply with all aspects of pay and employment regulations. They will also provide the tools needed to do the job effectively.

The Store Performance Director will continually review the shape and capability of their team to ensure it is future-fit. They will inspire great performance, support individual development, and celebrate contributions regularly. They will also spot and develop talent internally and externally recruit the best people in the industry.

This role involves managing all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the store, sharing ideas with other Store Managers to maximize growth and profitability. The performance of the Store Performance Director will be measured through day-to-day activities, strategic objectives, self-assessment, and impact on others.

Salary: £42,000 - £50,000 per annum
