Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales to join our team at HBD Partners.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to identify new business opportunities.
  • Negotiate and close deals with existing and new customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers and colleagues.
  • Manage and motivate the Sales team to achieve targets and objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of the company's overall strategy and direction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the company remains competitive.
  • Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by management.


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A proven track record of sales success in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A high level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
