Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Blue Arrow - Reading. As a Supervisor of Catering and Bars, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of our food and beverage services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of staff to provide excellent customer service and ensure a high-quality dining experience for our clients.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the catering and bars team, including staff supervision, inventory management, and cash handling.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive working relationship with colleagues.
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling.
