Autism Specialist Lead

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Team Leader to join our Clinical Team at Outcomes First Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our in-house Clinical Team and working collaboratively with the school's Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and the Clinical Locality Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a therapy caseload with the support of our well-established clinical network
- Coordinate the line management of members of the onsite clinical team
- Develop and implement clinical services to support students with complex needs
Requirements:
- Recognised degree in Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, or registered as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC
- Valid and up to date professional Registration & membership of professional body
- Experience working with autistic individuals and those with complex needs
- Clear and concise report writing skills
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum
Location: The Shires – Oakham, East Midlands
