Occupational Therapist

At Outcomes First Group, we are committed to providing exceptional therapeutic services to individuals with complex needs. We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team and contribute to the development of specialist services.
About the Role
The successful candidate will work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism. This role requires a high level of autonomy, drive, and motivation to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
Key Responsibilities
- Progress OT specific therapeutic services in accordance with individual needs and goals.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective intervention plans.
- Analyse data to inform service delivery, development, and project work.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key partners to ensure seamless service provision.
What You'll Need
- Degree in Occupational Therapy and registration with the HCPC.
- Substantial experience working with adults and/or children with intellectual disabilities and autism.
- Ability to work collaboratively and sensitively with individuals and resolve conflict effectively.
- Evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the setting.
- Full valid UK driving licence and access to a car.
