We're excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our expanding team at Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our therapeutic services team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.

About the Job

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of up to £53,200 (pro rata) plus a welcome bonus. You will work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with the possibility of extending to a full-time contract if desired. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience working with adults and/or children with intellectual disabilities and autism, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement occupational therapy programs tailored to individual needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service provision.
  • Analyse data to inform service delivery, development, and project work.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and outcomes.
