The role of a Speech and Language Therapist at Outcomes First Group is to deliver bespoke assessment and intervention plans for the children we support. As a key member of our developing in-house Clinical Team, you will hold a speech and language therapy caseload and contribute to staff training and consultation.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a creative therapeutic approach and the ability to make decisions, as well as manage their own workload. In this challenging and rewarding role, you will provide information and training to staff, commissioners, and other agencies as required.

Our Clinical Teams maintain a person-centered, empowering approach that prioritizes the needs and preferences of the people we support. We strive for excellence and aim to enhance the quality of life of the individuals in our care through innovative approaches.

This is a permanent, term-time only contract (41 weeks), with the potential for a full-time contract if preferred. The salary for this role is up to £53,200 FTE, dependent on experience, plus a £3,000 welcome bonus.
