Speech and Language Specialist Role

We are excited to announce a new opportunity for a Speech and Language Therapist to join our dynamic Clinical Team at The Tower School. This is an exciting and creative role that forms an integral part of our small and friendly team.
As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering bespoke assessment and intervention plans for pupils with developmental trauma, autism, ADHD, and SEMH needs. You will work closely with our Occupational Therapist, Psychotherapist, and Therapy Assistant to provide individualised support to our pupils.
The successful candidate will have a recognised Speech & Language Therapy degree, valid HCPC registration, and experience working with trauma or complex needs settings. A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential.
Our Clinical Team maintains a strong safeguarding culture, and our people are heard, respected, and involved in decisions that affect them wherever possible. We offer a comprehensive training allowance of £2,000 to support your Continued Professional Development goals.
Salary: Up to £53,200 per annum (pro rata) plus a £3,000 Welcome Bonus and Relocation package (£3,000). Salary may vary depending on experience.
