Hiring a dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist for our Southern region is crucial to maintaining the highest standards in our projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all construction work meets our group standards, building regulations, and partners' expectations.

Job Description:
  • We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in construction, particularly within the UK house-building industry. Your expertise should include familiarity with standard detailing and site operations.
  • Your primary role will involve conducting regular site inspections to identify any defects, non-compliance, or quality issues and reporting findings to the relevant project team. You will also assist production teams in benchmarking & standard setting works and provide knowledge and guidance where required.
  • A keen eye for detail and excellent observational skills are essential for this position, as you will be responsible for inspecting and final sign-off of our private sale homes through the RTMI process.
  • As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will work closely with our production, technical, buying, sales, and customer services teams to ensure that all stakeholders are informed of any quality issues and their resolution.

We offer a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a full UK driving licence.
