HR Advisor Role

We are seeking a skilled HR Advisor to support our Head Office and Retail Operations Centre (ROC) areas of the business. As the first point of contact for all ER matters, you will provide generalist HR advice, support, and guidance to Managers within our Head Office & the ROC functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and escalate HR issues/queries to the appropriate level of HR management.
  • Input and maintain ER Case Management information and reporting.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on key HR Data/KPI's such as turnover of staff, sickness absence, etc.
  • Develop and update internal HR guidance/procedures on key HR processes.
  • Assist the HR Business Partners/Training Manager in training and coaching managers on key policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Confident self-starter with a wealth of knowledge and experience in HR matters.
  • Ability to challenge and influence where needed.
  • Preferably worked across multiple sites within a fast-paced organisation.
  • Prioritise your own workload and have a high degree of resilience with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Good commercial awareness and up-to-date knowledge of employment law.
