About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our dynamic team at Tetra Tech. As an HR Manager, you will play a key role in providing strategic HR guidance and support to our business leaders and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance on employee relations, talent management, and organizational development.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage employee relations cases, including grievances, disciplinaries, and absence management.
  • Collaborate with business leaders to design and deliver the annual people agenda.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage HR projects and initiatives to improve business outcomes.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an HR generalist role, with a strong background in employee relations.
  • CIPD qualified or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of relevant HR policies and procedures.
  • Knowledge of current UK employment law and how to apply legislation.
