Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the service, installation, breakdown, repair, and calibration of sophisticated laboratory diagnostics systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Service, installation, breakdown, repair, and calibration of laboratory diagnostics systems.
  2. Support flow cytometry, cell separation, and diagnostics products located at customer sites.

Requirements:

  1. Strong background working in a field service or technical support role, gained within an electronics or electro-mechanical service or technical support background.
  2. Applications are welcomed from a wide variety of backgrounds including high-value electronics capital equipment, microscopy, cameras, lasers, x-ray security detection, ex-forces, medical device, biomedical engineering, pathology laboratory diagnostics, and laboratory devices.
  3. Qualified to a minimum ONC / HNC level or above in electronics or another relevant technical discipline.
  4. Impeccable customer service skills and the ability to remain confident in customer-facing environments.
