About the Role

As a Customer Service Engineer at Digital Realty, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers. Your role will involve handling customer service requests, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met, and providing technical assistance to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless support
  • Document all activities and interactions in relevant internal tools

Requirements

  • Vocational education in a relevant field (datacenter, telecommunications, IT or electrical)
  • Experience with electrical wiring, networks, and optical fiber installations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
