Senior Care Home Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Care Home Manager to join our team at GO AHEAD RECRUITMENT LIMITED. As a Senior Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the care home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain working relationships across the board.
- Safely lead the service through the effective management of team in liaison with Area Manager.
- Oversee financial performance of home & manage budget.
- Responsible for health & safety of the home.
- Working hours 9am - 5pm Mon - Fri - no on-call.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of working in a managerial role, ideally in a similar setting.
- Experience of working to CQC guidelines & regulations.
- NVQ/Diploma level 5 in health & social care or equivalent.
- Ability to communicate well at all levels, take a hand-on approach & remain calm under pressure.
- Work in a personalised manor to maximise opportunities for personal development of staff & service users alike.
What We Offer:
- Salary up to £42,213 p/a.
- Contribution based salary (after 12 weeks).
