We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Care Home Manager to join our team at GO AHEAD RECRUITMENT LIMITED. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to lead our care home in providing exceptional support and care to individuals with physical disabilities and acquired brain injury (ABI).

As a Senior Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring the highest standards of care and support are met. Your expertise and leadership skills will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement and excellence in all aspects of care provision.
Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in delivering exceptional care services. Job DescriptionKey responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of carers and support staff to deliver person-centred care plans
- Ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and best practice guidelines
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting incidents as necessary
- Collaborating with external agencies to ensure seamless delivery of services
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A degree in Social Work or a related field
- Proven experience in care management, preferably in a similar setting
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
