Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Home Performance Specialist to join our team at Homeworks Energy, the trusted Mass Save partner and largest Home Performance Contractor in Massachusetts. In this role, you will be responsible for managing your own crew, providing hands-on training, and ensuring compliance with DOT and state regulations while driving box trucks. You will also need to demonstrate strong time management skills and a mindset for advancement. With at least 1-2 years of construction experience, preferably in roofing/siding/framing/carpentry, you will be well-positioned to succeed in this challenging and rewarding role. Our estimated salary range is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, and includes a $2,000 performance bonus upon completion of the Crew Lead training program. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending account, generous paid time off, and paid holidays.
