Job Description
We're seeking a compassionate Care Assistant to join our team, where you'll have the opportunity to provide companionship and support to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing emotional support and engaging in meaningful activities with clients
- Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and housekeeping
- Preparing meals and snacks to ensure our clients' nutritional needs are met
- Running errands and supporting clients with medication management
- Helping with mobility and household chores to maintain independence
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Adaptable and personable nature, with a genuine care for others' well-being
- A legal right to work in the UK
- Residency within our designated franchise territory (E4, N1 2, N4, N5, N7, N8, N17 & N18)
