About the Role

Talent Finder is seeking an Educational Performance Specialist to join their team in the South East, London and Home Counties area. This is a full-time or part-time (minimum 2 days per month) position with a competitive salary of £46,755 - £87,100 depending on experience (pro rata for part time).

The ideal candidate will have experience in providing independent assessments and be familiar with the local education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert advice to clients on educational matters
  • Conducting independent assessments and evaluations
  • Collaborating with schools and educational institutions

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in educational psychology
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
