About the Role: We are seeking a highly enthusiastic and fun-loving individual to join our team as a Youth Sports Development Coach. As a key member of our after-school sports program, you will be responsible for coaching football to children aged 2-8 years old.

Responsibilities: Your primary role will be to design and deliver engaging football sessions that cater to the needs of our young participants. You will work closely with our lead coach to develop lesson plans, manage group dynamics, and maintain a safe and enjoyable learning environment.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, preferably in a sports coaching capacity. Full training is provided, but having youngsters of your own would be an added advantage. A winning personality, boundless enthusiasm, and energy are essential to effectively motivate and engage our young players.

Benefits: As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of GBP11.00 to GBP16.00 per hour, depending on age and experience. Additionally, you will be part of a bonus scheme and profit-sharing initiative.

Working Arrangements: This is a part-time, permanent position, requiring weekend morning hours only. A driver's license and own car are preferred but not essential. Please note that this is not a holiday job, and you will be expected to work throughout the year.
