Chef Academy Program Lead

We are seeking an exceptional Chef Academy Program Lead to lead our flagship apprenticeship program. As a senior culinary expert, you will work closely with learners to develop their skills and knowledge, ensuring they meet the highest standards of excellence in the hospitality industry.

The successful candidate will possess significant experience in hospitality management, including supervisory or management roles, and a strong understanding of NVQs at level 2 in Hospitality. Excellent leadership and communication skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to inspire and motivate others.

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £38,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including long service reward, recognition, and annual awards event.
