Key Responsibilities
  • Provide classroom support to teachers, ensuring students are engaged and completing their work to a high standard.
  • Manage student behaviour effectively, maintaining a constructive and positive classroom environment.
  • Collect completed work and return it to the appropriate staff member, ensuring the classroom remains organized.
  • Report any safeguarding concerns in line with the school's referral procedures and policies.
Requirements
  • A genuine passion for working with children and a commitment to helping them succeed.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage classroom dynamics.
  • Experience working with children, either in education or another field, is valuable.
  • The right to work in the U.K.
