About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Revenue Protection Manager to lead our team in the West region. As a key member of our On Train team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to reduce ticketless travel and ensure the department operates professionally, meeting or exceeding targets while maintaining an excellent level of customer service.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of Revenue Protection Inspectors and Ticket Examiners to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Coach and develop colleagues, managing performance and driving up standards.
  • Coordinate revenue activities, such as revenue blocks and attendance at special events, with Stations and On Board colleagues.
  • Liaise with British Transport Police and other external agencies.
  • Plan effective and efficient rosters.
  • Be responsible for Health and Safety and Security.
  • Undertake an on-call commitment.
Requirements
  • Proven experience of establishing relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Possession of PACE knowledge would be advantageous.
