Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Nursery Room Manager to join our team at Busy Bees Stokenchurch. As a key member of the nursery staff, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting the team in providing high-quality childcare to our young children.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a Level 3 Childcare qualification and previous experience as a Nursery Room Leader or Practitioner. You will be responsible for ensuring the daily needs of the children are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs. You will also take ownership of observation, assessments and planning for your key children in line with EYFS.

Responsibilities
  • Ensuring every individual child's needs are met

  • Observation, assessments and planning for key children
  • Guiding and managing the team in your room
Requirements

The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification and have previous experience as a Nursery Room Leader or Practitioner. You will also need to be able to work effectively as part of a team and provide excellent communication skills.
