About Our Senior Nursery Room Manager Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Nursery Room Manager to join our team at Busy Bees Stokenchurch Nursery. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in guiding and supporting our team of practitioners to deliver high-quality childcare and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of practitioners to ensure the delivery of high-quality childcare and education.
  • Ensure the implementation of our nursery's policies and procedures, including the EYFS framework.
  • Take ownership of the observation, assessment, and planning for your key children, working closely with the nursery management team.
  • Develop and implement developmentally challenging next steps for each child, in line with their individual needs and abilities.
  • Work closely with parents and carers to ensure that their child's needs are met, including supporting those with SEND or ASL needs.

About You

We are looking for an experienced Senior Nursery Room Manager who has a Level 3 Childcare qualification and a proven track record of leading and managing a team of practitioners. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, parents, and carers. You will also have a passion for delivering high-quality childcare and education, with a commitment to continuous professional development.
