About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Nursery Room Manager to join our team at Busy Bees Stokenchurch Nursery. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting our team of practitioners to deliver high-quality childcare and education to our children.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the nursery room team to ensure the delivery of high-quality childcare and education.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the nursery room.
  • Work closely with the nursery management team to achieve the nursery's goals and objectives.
  • Ensure the nursery room is a safe and welcoming environment for children and staff.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and education provided in the nursery room.

Requirements

  • Level 3 Childcare qualification or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a Senior Nursery Room Leader or Senior Nursery Manager.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work closely with the nursery management team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
