As a Senior Room Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing a team of practitioners to deliver high-quality childcare and education
- Ensuring the safety and well-being of our children at all times
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the nursery
- Working closely with the nursery management team to achieve our goals and objectives
