Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care, including administering medications and treatments, and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and provide education and support to patients and their families.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to healthcare regulations and standards.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development, staying current with best practices and advancements in the field.

Requirements:

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing with the relevant nursing board.
  • Previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting, with a strong focus on patient care and collaboration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information with discretion.
