Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Clinical Care Specialist to join our Pharmacy team at Loblaw Companies Limited. This role is responsible for receiving, preparing, and delivering prescriptions accurately and on time.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy, a Class A Pharmacists license, and excellent leadership and performance management skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Preparing, dispensing, and controlling medications accurately and timely to patients
  • Counseling patients regarding new and additional medications in a friendly and positive manner
  • Creating awareness and educating customers through public relations and community-based initiatives
  • Providing timely and positive resolutions to patient needs and doctor requests

About the Role:

This position reports to the Pharmacy Manager and requires a strong understanding of pharmacy practices and regulations. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year (based on experience).
